Return and Exchange Policy

We offer all our customers the right to return or exchange a product, which applies to all products offered on our store.

All products available on our store are subject to our exchange and refund policy, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified on this page.

Returns or exchanges may be made if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and is packaged in its original packaging.

Returns must be made within three (3) days of the date of purchase, and replacements can be made within seven (7) days of the date of purchase.

Please take a photo of the product and send it with the specified city, address and order number information, in order to facilitate its replacement with another product in case of corruption, defect or use not in accordance with the agreement.

If the product you received is completely different from the one presented on our website, we will refund you in full.

Please note that we are not responsible for the customer's expectations of use of the products, unless these expectations have been mentioned on the product page on our website.
